THEFT/POOR SERVICE/NO INSURANCE

I called the major movers, Allied/Atlas/Arpin. They were great w/ presentation information but cost was an issue for me. I called Ross Movers. They came in a pickup truck w/ horse trailer. BIG MISTAKE I should have sent them away and called Allied. I didn't. My son's Ipod was stolen along w/ numerous other damages, When I asked the owner about his insurance he said he was "Self Insured"...What that means is he pays out of his own pocket. I will regret this move forever. It would have been so worth the extra 10.00 to use the big boys. DO NOT USE THIS CO. I will remember this move everytime I see my dining room table w/ gouge on it as well as the items I am missing. Remember that you are trusting the mover with ALL your belongings.. I learned the hard way that peace of mind is worth something. Please heed the warning.
